Two ways to take the room
A reserved corner on a normal night, or the building to yourself.
VIP Corner
Your own corner of the room, up off the floor, under the monogram. Leather banquette, barrel high-tops, and a clear view of the stage and the dancing. The $500 covers entry for the whole group.
Good for birthdays, a team night out, a bachelorette that wants somewhere to sit down between songs.
Whole Hall
The entire building. Stage and PA, the dance floor, all five bars, and catering with an a la carte menu built with you. We close to the public on Monday and Tuesday specifically so the room is available.
Company parties, awards nights, product launches, reunions, wedding receptions that want a floor rather than a tent.
Not a ballroom, and that is the point
A hardwood floor, forty years on
The floor is the room. It has been danced on since 1986 and it is why people keep coming back. If you want a group lesson that night, ask and we will see what we can arrange.
Stage, sound and lights in place
Bands play here four nights a week, so the stage, the PA and the lighting are set up and in use. Tell us what your night needs and we will talk it through.
Top of the hill in the Stockyards
Historic Stockyards, a short walk from Mule Alley, Hotel Drover and Billy Bob’s. District lots and valet are close by.
Add a dance lesson
Our instructors teach line dancing and the Fort Worth Shuffle to a room full of strangers twice a week. Putting them in front of your group is the single thing that gets everybody off the wall, and it is the part people talk about afterwards.
Book a band
We book regional country acts every week and they play Thursday to Saturday runs. If you want live music on your night we can put the right act in front of you rather than sending you off to find one.
Exact capacities, stage dimensions, PA specification and load-in access are confirmed on a walkthrough. We will send them in writing with your proposal.
